Permanent Make Up “PMU” is Truly an Art…Not Just a Process 

Cynthia Graves, a former Miss New Hampshire in the MISS USA/UNIVERSE pageant and well known in the cosmetic industry for over 20 years, brings with her a unique combination of knowledge with an educational degree in Human Services and as a Licensed Cosmetologist. Cynthia is able to provide her clients' with a selection of techniques custom to your needs. Her professional experience with dermatology, cosmetics, pageantry, arts and hair replacement for men and women bring her an extensive talent for strengthening your individualized beauty.

Cynthia is also a Member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, The American Micropigmentation Academy and Doctor recognized.

When I perform Permanent Make Up, my goal is to enhance your natural features. I am fluent in the language of beauty. I want to give you a natural soft look; nothing overdone.

I have been in the cosmetic industry for over 20 years.

My experience includes the following:

· I have an extensive background in several areas of cosmetic procedures and make up applications, including experience with the leading cosmetic firms, talent agencies and pageant circuits.

· I belong to several PMU organizations.

· I have continued my knowledge of PMU with a variety of hands on seminars.

· I elevate my knowledge of PMU with Advanced Continuing Educational classes.

My accreditation includes the following:

· Licensed Cosmetician.

· Certified PMU Artist

· Certified Lavish Lashes Educator

· Human Services Degree

· Doctor Supervised

When choosing a PMU technician, consider the following:

1. How many years of experience does the technician have?
2. What kind of training, certification and/or licensing does the technician have? Are they displayed?
3. Does the technician have testimonials available- client references and photographs?
4. Is their office clean with a sink, gloves, bio-hazard waste on premise?

5. Ask Yourself “ Do I admire her own style of Beauty? Is she Professional?”
